A Day of Self-Care with Sound and Art
Go for an Emotional Spa!

with Susan Nixon and Mehdi Naïmi

Align yourself with the season that brings life and light. Find your life force and your direction. Take the path to the inner world of beauty and strength, the world hidden behind the mask of everyday life.

Spend a day finding your inner guide in a safe gathering of allies. Let us find our feet, sense our unique path, and envision our next move. Remove blocks and navigate the passages in this phase of life. Come join us for this creative interaction. Unwind and open the body to the natural flow of healing energy that lies within.

Create a tangible model of what you want in your life and explore how you can achieve it. Sound of crystal bowls, music and art in an emotionally safe environment, free of judgements and comparisons, will loosen up dry ground to accept new seeds. This is your time to give your Self a chance.
